The Academy for Cultural Diplomacy Internship Project (2020-30)
Introduction
The Academy for Cultural Diplomacy Internship Project (2020–2030) is a ten-year initiative designed to provide students and recent graduates with practical experience in cultural diplomacy while contributing to international dialogue and cooperation.
Internships are available at the Academy's offices in Potsdam (Germany), Glasgow (Scotland), and Barcelona (Spain). Participants work in a dynamic international and multicultural environment, gaining valuable professional experience, developing intercultural skills, and building lasting global networks.
Applications are accepted on a rolling basis for full-time internships with a minimum duration of two months. The Academy for Cultural Diplomacy provides a monthly scholarship of €500 for the duration of the internship.
Over the years, the programme has welcomed participants from around the world, creating a dynamic multicultural community in which lasting friendships have been established, professional networks have expanded across continents, and valuable intercultural competencies have been developed. Working alongside colleagues from a wide range of national, cultural, and academic backgrounds provides participants with practical experience of cultural diplomacy in action.
