The International Symposia on Cultural Diplomacy 2015 »
"The 70th Anniversary of the End of WW2 and the Establishment of the UN: Developing Initiatives to Promote Cultural Understanding, Global Human Rights & World Peace"

(The Hague, Bratislava, Berlin, Valletta, Madrid, Pristina, Skopje, Limassol, Washington D.C., NYC, Zagreb; February - October, 2015)

The International Symposia on Cultural Diplomacy is a 10-year project taking place from 2008-2017 focusing on the development and promotion of the field of cultural diplomacy and conducted by the Academy for Cultural Diplomacy in cooperation with global governance organizations, national governments, international corporations and leading academic institutions. The 8th Symposia will take place in 2015 and will include large scale events that will take place in different major capital cities around the world throughout the months of May-October, 2015. (Berlin; May 21st - 24th, 2015)

The International Symposium on Cultural Diplomacy 2015 will take place in Berlin from May 21st-24th, 2015 and will focus on issues related to the 70th anniversary of the end of WW2 and the establishment of the UN. Based on the experience and lessons learned from these past conflicts and transitions, the Symposium aims to develop initiatives to promote cultural diplomacy practices that can be applied and implemented in the framework of the challenges of the twenty-first century. Kosovo Summit on International Law & Human Rights 2015 »
"The 70 Year Anniversary of the End of WW2 and the Establishment of the UN: An Interdisciplinary Review of the Development of International Law in Protecting Human Rights"

(The Supreme Court, Prishtina, Kosovo; June 14th-17th, 2015)

The Kosovo Summit will bring together legislators, members of the judiciary, representatives from global governance institutions, and stakeholders from around the world to a four-day Summit that will take place in Prishtina, Kosovo. Speakers and delegates of the Summit will then prepare recommendations and a list of concrete activities for the future development of the international law system to support human rights globally, which can be implemented by the participants of the conference and the global community. The Cross-Continental Cooperation Summit of 2014-5 will be a culmination of 30 events taking place across the globe. The events will take place in major capital cities including London, Berlin, Bucharest, The Hague, Moscow, Sofia, Nicosia, Podgorica, and Thessaloniki with the continents of Europe, North America, Africa and Asia playing host to the events. The vision of the conference is to bring an interdisciplinary mixture of representatives from the public sector, private sector and civil society as well as practitioners of Cultural Diplomacy in order to prepare an agenda for after the conclusion of the conference, which will initiate programs and projects that will support sustainable economic growth at the national and international levels. „Sustainable Tourism, Responsible Investments, International Business„

(Nicosia; May 27th - 31st, 2015)

The Forum will bring together an interdisciplinary mix of governmental officials, senior diplomats, economists and academics together with representatives from the business sector. The forum will serve as a framework to enable public-private partnerships and Business-to-Business opportunities to increase the magnitude and the scope of activities of tourism, investments and business both in Cyprus and in the Mediterranean. The Annual Conference on Cultural Diplomacy is the world’s leading event within its field and traditionally hosted and organized by the Institute for Cultural Diplomacy and other leading organisations from around the world at the end of the calendar year. The 2014 conference is titled „World Without Walls„ to emphasize the great changes that took place in the wake of the fall of the Berlin Wall and to symbolize the many political, economic and cultural walls that still exist in today’s society.
