Visit and Working Sessions at the European Parliament in Brussels and the EU External Action Service
Seeking a Diplomatic Solution to the Israeli–Palestinian Conflict
(Brussels, November 3–5, 2025)
The Berlin Initiative participated in a series of meetings and working sessions at the European Parliament and the European External Action Service in Brussels from November 3 to 5, 2025. The delegation met with members of the European Parliament’s Committee on Foreign Affairs, senior officials of the EEAS, and representatives of various political groups to discuss constructive avenues for a diplomatic resolution to the Israeli–Palestinian conflict. The discussions focused on promoting renewed channels of dialogue, the role of European diplomacy, and frameworks that could contribute to peace, stability, and cooperation in the region.
The visit forms part of the Berlin Initiative’s broader diplomatic engagement programme, which seeks to build consensus and strengthen international partnerships in addressing long-standing conflicts through dialogue and cooperation. The meetings in Brussels marked a significant step in the Initiative’s ongoing consultations with European institutions and global partners, aimed at developing practical proposals for a sustainable and balanced peace process.
