Growing global interdependence is generating new opportunities for collaboration, innovation, and sustainable development. Lebanon stands at the centre of this dynamic environment, with exceptional human potential, entrepreneurial capacity, and a strategic location connecting regions and cultures. Unlocking these strengths requires visionary leadership, institutional innovation, and strong international partnerships that promote investment, inclusive growth, and lasting prosperity.
The London–Paris Initiative is a ten-year Interparliamentary Alliance (2025–2035) led by Professor Hassan Diab, (Prime Minister of Lebanon 2020–2021), and conducted by the Institute for Cultural Diplomacy (ICD) in partnership with global governance organisations, National Parliaments, leading universities, and multinational corporations. The Initiative is established for Stability, Development, and Prosperity in Lebanon.
By bringing together parliamentarians, policymakers, business leaders, academics, and civil society representatives from the US, Europe, the Arab region, and beyond, the London–Paris Initiative promotes stability, Impactful development, and long-term prosperity in Lebanon, supporting the country’s economic growth, institutional resilience, and strategic role in the region.
