  • 2008. – 2011. University of Zagreb, Faculty of Economics and Business – EDAMBA doctoral program. Defended doctoral thesis titled "Modeling of exogenous and endogenous organizational variables for successful takeover"
  • 2007. – 2008. University of Zagreb, Faculty of Economics and Business – master program ''Strategy and Corporate Governance''. Defended master thesis titled "A relationship between external auditing and the supervisory board in corporate governance"
  • 2004. – 2006.  Graduated at University of Split, Faculty of Economics majoring in finance

NATIONAL SCIENCE AWARD:

  • 2013 National Science Award for Junior Researchers in the field of social sciences for extraordinary valuable contribution to economic science. National Science Award for Junior Researchers is based on the book Challenges of Integration Processes: Growth of the Firm thought Mergers, Acquisition and Strategic Alliances as well as numerous scientific papers which are recognized by their originality, scientific contribution and new science cognitions related to economic theory, methodology and research models for economic phenomena.   

INTERNATIONAL ACKNOWLEDGEMENTS:

  • European Doctoral Programs Association in Management and Business Administration (EDAMBA) awards the best doctoral thesis in Business Administration and Management every year. In competition with 67 universities from 25 countries, doctoral thesis titled "Modeling of Exogenous and Endogenous Organizational Variables for Successful Takeover" was distinguished in the top ten papers for the award during EDAMBA's Thesis Competition in 2012.
