Biography
In Septemeber 2013, the President of Romania advanced the nomination of Iulia-Cristina Tarcea as Vice-President of the High Court of Cassation and Justice Romania with unanimous backing from Romanian judges. Prior to her appointment as Vice-President of the High Court of Cassation and Justice Romania, Jude Tarcea served as a constitutional court judge and later as the Secretary of State of Justice.“Children’s Rights in International Law and Practice in Turkey”
