The participation fee is € 950. A reduced fee of € 695 applies to researchers, students and NGO representatives.

The reduced rate is intended to support access for participants from academic, non-profit and research backgrounds, ensuring broader and more inclusive participation in the programme.

The Institute for Cultural Diplomacy aims to enable broad and inclusive participation in its international conferences and programmes and is therefore making every effort to reduce and subsidise participation costs for participants in its programmes. The participation fee contributes towards covering the costs of developing and running the programmes.
