Participation in the conference is open to government and diplomatic officials, academics, civil society practitioners, private sector representatives, young professionals, and other interested individuals from around the world.

Participation Cost

The Academy for Cultural Diplomacy aims to ensure broad and inclusive participation in its international conferences and programmes. To this end, it endeavours to reduce and subsidise participation costs for its attendees wherever possible. The participation fee for ICD international programmes is 495 euros, which contributes to the costs of developing and administering the programmes.

The participation cost for the program includes the following components:

Conference Components - Participation in all Programs' Components
Excursions - Cultural and Social Excursions such as sightseeing, Guided Tours and visits to key Cultural Institutes and Exhibitions, once scheduled in the program.
Social Activities - Social Activities such as Concerts and Live Performances, Film Evenings, Embassy Receptions, and Party Nights, once scheduled in the program.
Certification of Participation - All Participants will be awarded Certificate of attendance upon Completion of the Program.
