The 2008 global Financial Crisis sparked a significant shift within employment possibilitiesand marked the entrance into a new era of austerity and cutbacks. This shift has adversely affected the younger generations and those without qualifications. Today we face the problem of job scarcity and increased competition within the workforce, something the younger generation are unprepared for.

Problems for the younger generation:
  • Lack of genuine preparation for the workplace
  • Too many university degrees make jobs impossible to get and degrees almost worthless
  • Financial Crisis / Financial System makes it hard for the younger generation to find jobs and get the financial assistance they need
The Institute for Cultural Diplomacy aims to help resolve this problem and prepare the future workforce with tools to navigate the employment minefield. With increased competition, the younger generation need guidance.

The Institute aims to actively help the younger generation and those without qualifications in securing a job. With its unique position in the field of International Relations, the Institute reaches out to several different sectors and as such can effectively connect the world of employees and employers. Offering connections, advice and support, this initiative aims to help relieve the situation that has generated in today’s society.

Leading the way in the field of Cultural Diplomacy, The Institute of Cultural Diplomacy hopes to set an example for governments, organizations and other businesses to follow; In this way the Institute hopes to facilitate a more active economic environment.
