Writing, Reporting and Photography - Cultural Diplomacy Journalism Recruiting
The ICD is pleased to offer a number of opportunities for engagement in cultural diplomacy journalism, which is emerging as one of the most important fields of international journalism in the contemporary world. In order to promote further research and reporting in the field, the ICD is recruiting freelance reporters and photographers from cultural “hot spots” around the world (including but not limited to China, the Middle East, Africa, East Asia, and the US) to produce articles, briefings and reports and photos for Cultural Diplomacy News, the ICD’s news website.

The ICD is currently recruiting for the following positions:

Cultural Diplomacy Reporters - The ICD is seeking journalists from around the world to report on cultural diplomacy activities and events as well as on situations that evidence the need for applications of cultural diplomacy. Reporters will also contribute regularly to the CD News blog and conduct interviews in the field. Reporters may be full or part time, depending on availability and circumstances.

Cultural Diplomacy Photographers - The ICD is seeking to hire photojournalists from around the world to photograph cultural diplomacy activities and events as well as situations that evidence the need for applications of cultural diplomacy.

Cultural Diplomacy Writers and Contributors - The ICD is seeking to hire writers and contributors from around the world to produce articles and editorials on cultural diplomacy activities and events as well as situations that evidence the need for applications of cultural diplomacy.
