Festival of Freedom

(Official Ceremony, Group dinner)

On the 20th Anniversary of the Fall of the Berlin Wall, as individuals from across the World turn their attention to Berlin, the ICD and participants of the program "A World Without Walls: An International Congress on Soft Power, Cultural Diplomacy, and Interdependence" (Berlin, 6th - 9th November) will be at the Brandenburg Gate for the official celebrations of the Festival of Freedom. The festival, which includes a symbolic wall fall and live music, promises to be a fitting tribute to this historic event. Following the festival, the program participants and speakers will have a group dinner together in the Berlin district of Mitte, allowing them an opportunity to reflect on the week and enjoy their final night together in Germany’s capital.
